    I think I may have a crooked nasal septum. I saw that a septoplasty can help me fix it. Do you know if I can fix my crooked septum and make my nose look different? Can I combine the two surgeries?

    Yes its called a septorhinoplasty. It combines the benefits of a nose job (rhinoplasty) and deviated nasal septum corrective surgery (septoplasty). Not all surgeons perform it though, so I think you should consult a few before finding the right one. – Will
